You Should Get To Know Us is a four-piece rockband from Nijmegen, The Netherlands. The band released two Ep’s, Faceland (2017) and Useful Casanovas (2018), and recently their first full length album Hole in Whatever (2019) with UK-based indie label Desert Mine Music.
You Should Get To Know Us has repeatedly toured throughout the Netherlands, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Their 2019 tour brought the band further East in Europe with first-time shows in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
You Should Get To Know Us’ music is both loud and melodic and strongly reminiscent of the 90s slackerrock as performed by Pavement, Fountains of Wayne, The Breeders and alike.
